At the Mother’s Day Brunch, Executive Chef Jeremy Crayon and Thai guest celebrity Chef Jamnong will delight dinners with an array of French and Thai gourmet delicacies. Chef Jeremy  will draw on

his repertoire of time-honoured dishes such as pan fried foie gras, beef bourguignon, slow roasted leg of lamb stuffed with wild mushrooms and served with rosemary jus, and much more.

The feast will also include multi-award-winning Chef Jamnong’s authentic Thai cuisine inspired by his grandmother’s recipes. He will entice diners with his grandmother’s papaya salad, grilled chicken 

and sticky rice, succulent spicy grilled beef salad, spicy seafood salad, delicious vermicelli noodle saladminced chicken with ground roasted rice, and more. He will also serve classic tom yam goong

and gaeng liang soups,  main course dishes of lamb rack massamanrich and flavourful green curry with fish ballsred curry with roasted duck  and fruitsweet and sour seabassfried pork spare 

ribs with garlic and pepper, steamed fish with curry pastewok-fried mixed vegetables, steamed jasmine rice and brown rice, and much more.

The fabulous buffet will also feature gourmet international cuisine with highlights including oysters, Alaskan king crab, rock lobster, black mussels, river prawn, blue crab, assorted clams,

roast rib eye with red wine sauce, a variety of barbecue delights such as beef tenderloin, pork loin and salmon,a sushi station, and a la minute cuisine prepared at a live station by Chef Jeremy.

A special feature of the renowned restaurant is a cheese room offering a wide variety of  imported French artisan cheeses and assorted cold cuts. Families can end the sensational brunch

with luscious desserts including 12 flavours of homemade ice creamssticky rice with mango, bua loy kai waan, and special French desserts. Voilà! also has an excellent selection of
