Bangkok 2015 – From August 12 – August 28, Orchid Café welcomes special guests, Chef Park Jung Sik and Chef Park Young Hun from Sheraton D Cube Seoul. 

Renowned for deliciously complex and fresh flavors, Korean cuisine is currently the world’s hottest culinary trend. At Orchid Café, the two exceptional chefs will showcase their signature dishes, regional favorites, street food classic, and desserts.

At the enticing buffet signature dishes will include grilled beef short ribs, stir-fried kimchi pork, black sesame porridge, and seafood soya bean paste soup. Chef Park Jung Sik and Chef Park Young Hun will also introduce diners to regional specialties such as cold raw cuttlefish soup from Jeju Island, buckwheat noodles from Chuncheon province, chilled ginseng and vegetables from Geumsan province, and more. Among the street food classics will be stir-fried seafood rice cakes, spicy and hot fried chicken, stir-fried Korean sausage, gimbap with tuna, and spicy sea snails. There’ll also be sweet temptations such as sweet sesame puffs, cinnamon punch, sweet rice with jujubes, and much more.

Chef Park Jung Sik and Chef Park Young Hun’s outstanding Korean cuisine will be served at Orchid Café’s lunch and dinner buffets and as special additions to the spectacular Sunday Jazzy Brunch.
